Mark is the Executive Director of the Water Design Build Council (WDBC), an association of Collaborative Delivery firms including major engineering, construction and technology firms operating in the water marketplace.  Mark’s main focus is Education, Training, and Research related to best practices in the Water and Wastewater marketplace when Collaborative Models are being considered by stakeholders. The WDBC just recently released the Fifth Edition of the Water and Wastewater Design Build Handbook, which will be available to attendees of this workshop.

Mark retired as a Senior Vice President with CH2M HILL’s Water Business after 30 years of service and one of his key responsibilities was managing the Design Build unit delivering projects throughout North America. Mark has been actively engaged in the Design Build Institute of America since its inception nearly 25 years ago.

Mark is also the President of Integrated Delivery Solutions, a firm focused on business strategy and management, project financing and new business acquisition with engineering, construction and technology firms working on major infrastructure projects in the United States.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and New York, and is a Designated Design Build Professional.
